THE MODIFIED POCKET INSTALL IS USED FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION WINDOWS. THESE ARE HARDER TO REMOVE THAN AN ORGINIAL WOOD HUNG WINDOW. PELLA WILL NOT CUT CORNERS YOU WILL NOTICE THE LOW EXPANSION FOAM, PELLA TAPE, AND EXTERIOR TRIM USED TO INSTALL THIS PRODUCT.
